Green Compass: Import Back Office

To create a copy of your Customers: Preferred

Log in to your Green Compass back office:

  1. Select Organization at the top of the page.
  2. Then choose Preferred Customers
  3. Once the report populates, choose Export to Excel (upper left of the report)

This will save a copy of your preferred customers to your Downloads folder.

To create a copy of your Customers: Retail

  1. Click Organization at the top of the page.
  2. Then choose Retail Customers
  3. Select Export to Excel (upper left of the report)

This will save a copy of your retail customers to your Downloads folder.

To create a copy of your Advocates

  1. Click Organization at the top of the page.
  2. Choose New Advocates
  3. Then select Export to Excel (upper left of the report)

This will save a copy of your Advocates to your Downloads folder.

Great! Now we need to adjust the formats for each so that Teamzy can accept the files.

  1. Double click to open your preferred customers file in Excel, Google Sheets or, Numbers.
  2. Once open, no changes need to be made the data on the sheet.
  3. Simply select File >> Save As. >> .CSV

To Import Your Files into Teamzy:

  1. Now Go back to Teamzy
  2. Click +Add contacts (upper right)
  3. Then Select Bulk Import
  4. Choose the .CSV file you just prepared with your Customers or advocates listed.
  5. Then select Customers or advocates under Member Type
  6. Click Continue to complete import.
  7. Repeat for any other lists
