Green Compass: Import Back Office
To create a copy of your Customers: Preferred
Log in to your Green Compass back office:
- Select Organization at the top of the page.
- Then choose Preferred Customers
- Once the report populates, choose Export to Excel (upper left of the report)
This will save a copy of your preferred customers to your Downloads folder.
To create a copy of your Customers: Retail
- Click Organization at the top of the page.
- Then choose Retail Customers
- Select Export to Excel (upper left of the report)
This will save a copy of your retail customers to your Downloads folder.
To create a copy of your Advocates
- Click Organization at the top of the page.
- Choose New Advocates
- Then select Export to Excel (upper left of the report)
This will save a copy of your Advocates to your Downloads folder.
Great! Now we need to adjust the formats for each so that Teamzy can accept the files.
- Double click to open your preferred customers file in Excel, Google Sheets or, Numbers.
- Once open, no changes need to be made the data on the sheet.
- Simply select File >> Save As. >> .CSV
To Import Your Files into Teamzy:
- Now Go back to Teamzy
- Click +Add contacts (upper right)
- Then Select Bulk Import
- Choose the .CSV file you just prepared with your Customers or advocates listed.
- Then select Customers or advocates under Member Type
- Click Continue to complete import.
- Repeat for any other lists
