If I import my Facebook Friends again (or my back-office files), will Teamzy create duplicate records?

Teamzy will not duplicate someone if they have the same name or same email address as someone you already have on your Teamzy list. But even with that protection, you’ll get some duplicates because people use maiden names sometimes, have multiple email addresses, etc.

So the easiest way to clean this up is to go to your Team page and sort by last name. Quickly scan the list and look for duplicates. When you find one, click the trash can icon next to the name you don’t need and it’s gone. Even a very large list will be cleaned up in a matter of minutes. It’s like our founder, Eric always says: you’re moving into your dream home, but you will still have to unpack the dishes. 😊
