Isagenix: Import Back Office

To create a copy of your Associate and Customer list:

Log on to your back office:

  1. Click Reports
  2. Click on Business
  3. Click the Personally Enrolled- ALL
  4. Highlight entire sheet, including headers and click copy (do not highlight anything else)
  5. Open a new sheet in Microsoft Excel and click Paste option: Match destination formatting (do not use Numbers for Mac or Google sheets)

To Clean Up your list of Associates and Customers before importing it into Teamzy:

Let’s Line up the information first. 

  1. Delete column L (PV information will not update)
  2. Highlight Column A (You will notice blank spaces between lines)
  3. Select F5 on your Keyboard to display the Go To function
  4. Select Special at the bottom
  5. Select Blanks then Ok (this will highlight all blank cells in the column)
  6. Right-click on one of the highlighted blank cells
  7. Select Insert- Shift sells right
  8. This will move the Email addresses into their own column
  9. Delete the blank cell above the Email header- Shift remaining cells up

Now Email and Phone are in their own column and line up with the rest of the data on the file. 

Just a bit more clean up….

  1. Highlight Column A (You will notice blank spaces between lines)
  2. Select F5 on your Keyboard to display the Go To function
  3. Select Special at the bottom
  4. Select Blanks then Ok (this will highlight all blank cells in the column)
  5. Right-click on one of the highlighted blank cells
  6. Select Delete-Entire row (this will remove the blank rows between each)

Next, we can split up the First and Last Names:

Insert 3 blank columns to the right of Column B

  1. Highlight Column B with name information
  2. Select Data in the Toolbar 
  3. select Text to columns 
  4. Select Delimited
  5. Select Space
  6. Then Finish (This should have split off the First and Last names
  7. Title The Column headers First name | Last Name respectively. 

VOILA! Your clean list of Associates and Customers

Now to separate them onto their own list.

  1. Find the Type Column
  2. Highlight the Type column
  3. Sort the sheet by the type column (this will put all of the Associates together then all of the customers then Terminated. 
  4. Highlight the chunk of Associates and Copy
  5. Paste onto another blank excel Sheet (Include headers)
  6. Save as- Associates.csv
  7. Save the remaining chunk of PCs or customers (with headers) as customer.csv

To Import Your Files into Teamzy:

  1. Go back to Teamzy
  2. Click +Add contacts (upper right)
  3. Select Bulk Import
  4. Select the .CSV file you just prepared with your Customers listed.
  5. Select Customers under Member Type
  6. Click Continue to complete import.
  7. Repeat for any other lists
