Younique: Import Back Office

To get a copy of your Presenters list:
Log on to your back office:

  1. Click My office
  2. Click on My Company
  3. Click the icon to display a list view. It looks like 3 small squares with 3 lines.
  4. Click on First Level to only display your first level Presenters
  5. Un-click Show Pictures
  6. Highlight entire sheet, including headers and click copy (do not highlight anything else)
  7. Open a new sheet in either Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (it’s free!) and click paste (do not use Apple Numbers)
  8. Save the file to your desktop

To Clean Up your Presenter export before importing it into Teamzy:

  1. In Microsoft Excel: Open your file in Excel
  2. Highlight the whole sheet and choose Sort A-Z under Data
  3. Delete all the rows with random numbers in them so you are left only with the names of your presenters
  4. Click on Column A and from the Data menu select Text to Columns
  5. Select Delimited and click Next
  6. Select Space and click Finish
  7. Insert a header row at the top of your sheet
  8. For the header of column A, rename it to First Name
  9. For the header of column B, rename it to Last Name
  10. Save as .CSV

Next, in Google Sheets:

  1. Open your file in Sheets
  2. Highlight the whole sheet and choose Sort A-Z under Data
  3. Delete all the rows with random numbers in them so you are left only with the names of your presenters
  4. Click on Column A and from the Data menu select Split Text to Columns
  5. Insert a header row at the top of your sheet
  6. For the header of column A, rename it to First Name
  7. For the header of column B, rename it to Last Name
  8. From the file menu, choose Download as Comma Separated Values .CSV

To get a copy of your Customer List

  1. Log onto your back office.
  2. Click My Office
  3. Click on Customer connection
  4. You will need to go month by month to get all your customer data
  5. Select a month, then highlight all the data, and click copy
  6. Now open a new Excel workbook or Google Sheet and paste the data in there.
  7. Select a new month and copy and paste the data into the same sheet.
  8. Repeat until you have all the months of data you want from the back office.
  9. Delete the images by clicking on them then then clicking delete. You will not need them.
  10. To the right hand side of the names column, insert a column
  11. Click on Column A and from the Data menu select Text to Columns
  12. Select Delimited and click Next
  13. Select Space and click Finish
  14. For the header of column A, rename it to First Name
  15. For the header of column B, rename it to Last Name
  16. Save as .CSV

To Import Your Files into Teamzy:

  1. Go back to Teamzy
  2. Go to Team page
  3. Click Import
  4. Click Import Contacts
  5. Select the .CSV file you just prepared with your Presenters
  6. Select Presenters under Member Type (Select Customers for your Customer list)
  7. Click Continue

Map Your Columns in Teamzy:

  1. On the columns where you see a red X, select Ignore from the dropdown
  2. Click Continue
