Request your Friends list from Facebook

1. Begin by going to Facebook (on a web browser not the mobile app)
2. Use this link: Manage Your Facebook Information
3. Then click on “Export Your Information”
4. Click “Create Export”
5. Select your Profile if prompted
6. Click “Export to Device”
7. Select Date Range: All Time
8. Click on Deselect All, below the blue create file button
9. Click “Customize Information” and Unselect Everything except: Friends and followers
10. Select JSON format.
11. Click Request download.
12. When your file is ready, you’ll get an email with a link or you’ll see the red notification (1) appear next to Available Files.  *This should only take a few minutes.
13. Click on Available Files (You’ll be prompted to enter your FB password)
14. Click on Download

Your download will be a zip folder. First double click to unzip/extract, and then  double click the friends folder.

Pro Tip: Try saving the friends.json file to your desktop for easy finding.

Import friends.json file into Teamzy

1. Go to Teamzy
2. Select +Add Contact
3. Select Bulk Import
4. Click the Choose File button
5. Find and Select the file called friends.json
